Vendor agrees that access to the Exhibit Hall outside of business hours is restricted to selected Daku Con staff and individuals wearing special Vendor badges. Vendor also acknowledges that no individual will be allowed to sell merchandise without a vendor badge.
Tables are not refundable under any circumstances other than cancellation of the event on our part.
Vendor is prohibited from selling, or making otherwise available certain kinds of merchandise Bootleg or illegal substances at Daku Con . If Vendor is found with any examples of the Bootleg Merchandise or illegal substances , Vendor will be asked once to remove all Bootleg Merchandise or illegal substances from its inventory and table. If vendor doesn’t apply they will be asked to leave the Daku Con with no refund.
Vendor recognizes that ultimate approval of any and all displays or merchandise is subject to Daku Con discretion, and any decisions so rendered are binding and final.
Vendor agrees to be responsible for all claims of any nature, losses, damages, costs, expenses, personal injury, death, and/or any other claims arising from or related to any act or omission by the Vendor or his/her property, agents, representatives or employees in contravention.
You are responsible for securing your own personal property and merchandise. Daku Con and the Alley Staff are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged items, merchandise, etc.
Table sizes are roughly 8 feet long by 6 feet wide and 2ft 5in tall. These dimensions are subject to change. Vendors may require square footage space.
Two (2) chairs are provided with each table. You may not supplement this amount with your own chairs.
Please refrain from running, screaming, yelling, or horseplay; all vendors are expected to be courteous and polite to one another, convention and hotel staff, the general public, and other attendees.
If anyone is disrupting you, please seek assistance from an Daku Staff member at any time.
